Panasonic’s latest mirrorless camera said to be able to film Netflix-quality video

Panasonic’s Lumix S1H has received Netflix’s stamp of approval, reportedly making it the smallest camera on the market that can film for the streaming service. — Panasonic

The Lumix S1H is a full-frame mirrorless camera which Panasonic says is the first to be able to record in 6K resolution in 24p (frames per second with progressive scanning), though the resolution will be lower at higher frame rates.

Though such cameras are typically used for still photography, the company says its low-noise and heat dispersion features also make it suitable for videography.
