KUCHING: Serviced residence owner and operator Ascott Limited will be tripling its presence to more than 1,800 apartment units in the country by 2016.
Its regional general manager for Singapore and Malaysia Tan Boon Khai said Ascott now had more than 600 serviced apartment units, thus making it the largest serviced residence owner and operator in the country.
