Increase of crime rate in Pahang in first quarter

KUANTAN: The crime rate for the first three months of this year recorded an increase by 5%, Pahang police chief Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Sharifuddin Abdul Ghani said.

SDCP Sharifuddin said however, the bulk of the crimes were related to vehicle and petty thefts, without any significant increase on serious crimes.
