JOHOR BARU: Night cycling involving children and teenagers in the city has been raised on numerous occasions from 10 years ago, but with no solution reached, said Deputy Home Minister Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed (pic).
He said the authorities, including the police, had tried to curb the activity, including giving advice that went unheeded.
