KOTA KINABALU (Bernama): Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali wants a cabinet paper on the upgrading of dilapidated schools in Sabah to help decide on the channelling of allocations to the Sabah state government to upgrade the schools.

The Economic Affairs minister said he has instructed the Economic Planning Unit and the Implementation Coordination Unit to prepare the cabinet paper.
