PONTIAN: Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Dr Sahruddin Jamal has come to the defence of Karmine Sardini over his remarks that smallholders should be grateful for the current price of palm oil.

He said that there was nothing wrong with the Pakatan Harapan Tanjung Piai candidate's remarks as the price of palm oil had increased since the Pakatan took over the government.
