MELAKA: Melaka assemblyman Allex Seah Shoo Chin says he realised the importance of English after joining mainstream politics in May last year.
The Kesidang representative said he had to improve his English language skills after being entrusted by the state government to attend overseas assignments, as well as to take part in discussions with multinational organisations.
