Further engagement on IPCMC before Parliament decides, says Liew

PETALING JAYA: Further engagement with stakeholders on the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) Bill will be held before it is tabled in the Dewan Rakyat this October, says Datuk Liew Vui Keong (pic).

"The government will continue to take into account the views of stakeholders so that the rights of individuals to voice their opinions will not be sidelined in the process of renewing the law, " he said in a statement Friday (Aug 16).
