PETALING JAYA: The Selangor Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) has expressed its deep concern over a recent incident where a two-week old kitten was found mutilated into half in Sekinchan.
SPCA urged the kitten’s owner, Mohammad Rosmawar, to lodge a report to the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS), as those guilty of the crime can be fined between RM25,000 to RM100,000 and/or three years imprisonment.
