KUALA LUMPUR: Two registered land owners and three companies are challenging the acquisition of nine lots of prime land in Bukit Bintang for the multi-billion ringgit Klang Valley MY Rapid Transit (MRT) project.
They are seeking leave from the High Court to apply for a judicial review that the land acquisition proceedings for the project is unconstitutional and unlawful.
