Youth arrested for allegedly raping 8-year-old sister

SUNGAI PETANI: An 18-year-old youth has been arrested for allegedly raping his eight-year-old sister at an empty house in Sungai Layar here.

The incident was brought to light on Thursday when the girl told her 39-year-old mother about the incident which occurred at about 8pm on Wednesday.
