BUTTERWORTH: A 65-year-old man forklift operator died from injuries when the machine fell four floors at a construction site in Seberang Prai.
A Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said the forklift was in the process of being lifted by a crane to the fourth floor of a building when it fell with the victim, Ishahak Mohamed, inside.
