MALACCA: A lorry driver who travels daily via the North-South Expressway (PLUS) to deliver chicken feed, has complained that he was “forced” to pay toll charges again for the year 2001 by its staff or produce the receipts.

Tan Lee Siang, 36, from Machap Umboo, said he was stopped by PLUS officers at the Ayer Keroh toll booth on March 12, and was told that several lorries belonging to him which had travelled via the expressway had not cleared the toll charges two years ago.
