GEORGE TOWN: Colourful flower petals were strewn into the sea off Miami Cafe in Tanjung Bungah during a solemn prayer to thank Lord Shiva for keeping miracle baby S. Thulaashi safe from the deadly tsunami in 2004.
Her father A. Suppiah, 67, said the family would conduct the special pooja annually on Dec 26.
