KUALA LUMPUR: An Algerian and a Moroccan who are allegedly involved in the disappearance of a Dutch chef in Cameron Highlands in February have been arrested.
The two, who are believed to be part of a foreign syndicate allegedly involved in robbery, abduction and murder of tourists at well-known resorts, were arrested on Saturday morning.
