PETALING JAYA: MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong has questioned if the RM30mil fund announced by Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng for the Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC) was listed and approved under Budget 2019.
He said it is impossible that the RM30mil, that will be channelled to a proposed trust fund, was listed under Budget 2019.
