KUALA LUMPUR: Action can only be taken against DAP assemblyman Paul Yong Choo Kiong, the state executive councillor, accused of raping his Indonesian maid, after the completion of police investigation, says DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng.
He said he had discussed the matter with the Perak Mentri Besar and ordered the state DAP to prepare a report for him.
