KUALA LUMPUR: The conclusion of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) will allay fears that the US-led free trade deal, the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA), is dividing Asean.
International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed said the RCEP, which was still being negotiated, is complementary to the TPPA which was concluded last October.
