MIRI: The Miri City Council launched a large-scale campaign against animal cruelty here on Wednesday (May 22).
The campaign, organised in tandem with the Malaysian Animal Welfare Association (Mawa) and a group of concerned citizens from the Miri Humane Society, aims to inculcate kindness towards animals and stop cruel treatment towards these creatures.
