First Thai pop music showcase in Malaysia

SHAH ALAM: Nine Thai artistes are set to rock the stage tomorrow at the Thai Pop 2019 showcase, which will be held at Ideal Convention Centre here.

The country’s first Thai pop music concert is being held in conjunction with the third anniversary of dimsum, Malaysia’s first homegrown all-Asian video-on-demand (VOD) service.

The artistes are Sunny Suwanmethanot, Thanapob Leeratanakachorn (Tor), Kritssanapoom Pibulsonggram (Jaylerr), Chonlathorn Kongying-yong (Captain), Ice Paris Intara-komalyasut, Wongravee Nateetorn (Sky), Billkin Putthipong, Kanyawee Songmuang (Thanaerng) and Nichaphat Chatchaipholrat (Pear-wah).They are also actors and actresses in Thai movies and dramas which are featured in dimsum.

At the event launch held at Central i-City in Shah Alam yesterday, fans were thrilled to catch a glimpse of their pop idols.
