PETALING JAYA: The first step towards resolving the leadership crisis in MTUC has been made possible with its deputy president Mohamed Shafie BP Mammal accepting Cuepac's invitation to a dialogue on Monday.
MTUC president Senator Zainal Rampak who is yet to make an official response, is said to be reluctant.
