PETALING JAYA: An affiliate union of the Malaysian Trades Union Congress (MTUC) wants the feuding leaders of the umbrella body to bury their hatchets and concentrate on countering the current challenges faced by the nations workforce.
The National Union of Newspaper Workers (NUNW) said in a statement yesterday that both MTUC president Zainal Rampak and his deputy Mohd Shafie BP Mammal, who were currently involved in a power struggle, should settle the issue amicably and in private and not turn it into an organisational crisis.
