PETALING JAYA: Pakatan Harapan has retained the Seri Setia state seat with a small majority, clinching its second by-election win after Sungai Kandis.
Pakatan’s Halimey Abu Bakar received 13,725 votes against 9,698 votes for PAS’ Dr Halimah Ali. Halimey won with a 4,027-vote majority.
