Pakatan’s Wong wins Balakong seat

BALAKONG: Wong Siew Ki from Pakatan Harapan beat her MCA opponent Tan Chee Teong by 18,533 votes in the Balakong by-election.

She garnered 22,508 votes while Tan Chee Teong got 3,975 votes. There was a low voter turnout of 43% for the state seat.
