PETALING JAYA: An assistant manager of the Employees Provident Fund pleaded not guilty in a Sessions Court to cheating, abetting and using forged documents in the illegal withdrawal of RM150,000.
Aziz Endut, 47, was accused of abetting with Indonesian Nur Chahaya Abd Malik in using a fake identity card to induce bank staff into believing the latter was the genuine holder of a joint account of Masayu Abdul Talib, 20, and Mohd Daud Mohamed Tahir, 44.
