ANGKOK (Bernama): A Malaysian was arrested by Thai police for having 64kg of cannabis near the border between the two countries on Saturday (April 6).
Hatyai deputy police chief, Pol Lt Col Thanawat Sengsui, said they acted on a tip-off and arrested the 36-year-old, who was driving a truck from Penang, at a guesthouse in a village in Khuan Lang, Songkhla at 2.30am.
