KEPALA BATAS: The case of convict Chandran Muniandy whose mother claimed was beaten up by prison warders has been given NFA (no further action) status by the Deputy Public Prosecutor’s Office.
Penang police chief Comm Datuk Wira Chuah Ghee Lye said the DPP’s Office made the decision after receiving the investigation papers last Friday.
