BEAUFORT: The Election Commission will be installing video cameras at all 68 polling streams in the 19 polling districts in the Kimanis by-election to ensure transparency during the electoral process.
EC chairman Datuk Azhar Azizan Harun said that secrecy of the ballots would not be compromised with the setting up of the cameras in the polling streams during the Jan 18 polls.
