PUTRAJAYA: The National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS) International Week 2016 will be an opportunity for Malaysia to showcase all its achievements under the NBOS approach, said Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa (pic).
The Chief Secretary to the Government said Malaysia is the only country to implement NBOS in its planning and operations and it wants to share its ideas with other countries.
