THE National Higher Education Fund Corporation’s (PTPTN) new facility to resolve overlapping study loans has benefitted 284,210 blacklisted borrowers, making it simpler for them to clear their credit, Parliament was told.
Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh said the improved system has allowed students, who had two separate PTPTN loans for their diploma and degree studies, to combine the outstanding balance of the previous and current loans.
