PETALING JAYA: Continuous efforts are needed to win the war against drugs, with data showing that there were nearly 150,000 reported cases of drug abusers and dealers last year.
Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) senior vice-chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye said only 12% of drug abusers and dealers in Malaysia had received treatment more than once in 2018.
