JAKARTA (Bernama): Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has congratulated President Joko Widodo, popularly known as Jokowi, after he was sworn in for a second five-year term.

In his congratulatory message, Dr Mahathir also expressed confidence that the existing close ties between Malaysia and Indonesia would be further strengthened for the wellbeing and prosperity of the two countries.
