KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah government is all for the suggestion to amend existing rules and laws with regards to wildlife protection, as proposed by Water, Land and Natural Resources Minister Dr Xavier Jayakumar.
Xavier's suggestion for the amendment similar to Putrajaya's efforts in amending the Wildlife Conservation Act 2010 came after the latest death of an adult pygmy elephant, with its tusks missing in the Beluran district last weekend.
