Isa Samad and eight others ordered to file defence in FGV Holdings lawsuit

KUALA LUMPUR: Former FGV Holdings Bhd chairman Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad and eight other of the company's former directors and top management have been ordered to file their defence by Jan 31 in the lawsuit filed against them by FGV in its attempt to seek RM514mil in damages over the acquisition of Asian Plantation Ltd (APL).

Isa's lawyer Lavinia Kumaraendran said this after case management in chambers before deputy registrar Farah Shuhada Ramli here Friday (Dec 21).
