KUALA LUMPUR: The government's decision to form the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) is in line with Bukit Aman's goal of enhancing integrity among its personnel, says Tan Sri Noor Rashid Ibrahim (pic).
The Deputy Inspector-General of Police said the government must have taken into account the views of every party before making such a decision.
