SHAH ALAM: If you have ever had a bad experience with the PosLaju courier service and filed a complaint, fret not as Communications and Multimedia Minister Gobind Singh Deo has heard your lamentations.

The Puchong MP said many Twitter and Facebook users have written to him complaining that they have not received letters or parcels, and said he has taken up the matter with the Pos Malaysia management.
