HULU TERENGGANU: A duty-free complex will be created at Tasik Kenyir by 2007 to attract more local and foreign tourists to the picturesque lake, Deputy Finance Minister Datuk Tengku Putera Tengku Awang said.
He said his ministry and the Royal Malaysian Customs had surveyed the place for the purpose and were preparing a working paper on it.
