IPOH: A traffic offender with a record of nine previous offences who could not produce a driving licence allegedly provoked a police officer while his pregnant wife recorded the altercation.
The almost two-and-a-half-minute video went viral and the 33-year-old lorry driver was arrested on Friday at his house in Taman Keledang Emas here, together with his 29-year-old wife, who is seven months pregnant.
