KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Malaysian digital animation pioneer Kamaruddin Ismail (pic) died at 4.15pm at University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) on Sunday (Dec 8) from a heart attack. He was 63.
Animation Society of Malaysia (Animas) president Amir Hamzah Hashim, in a statement, said the late Kamn Ismail, as he was fondly known, was a leading figure in the use of computer technology and digital applications in the 90s through the production of animation series "Usop Sontorian".
