KOTA KINABALU: Over 200 people living in the outskirts of the city have equipped themselves with basic disaster response skills after participating in a two-day programme organised by Petronas and Sabah Fire and Rescue Department.
They came from Tuaran, Kimanis, Beaufort and Sipitang to participate in the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training at the Sabah Gas Terminal near here.
