PENANG: The Entrepreneur Development Ministry and public institutions of higher learning (Ipta) will streamline their implementation machinery to encourage large-scale participation of graduates in various entrepreneurship development programmes.
Its deputy minister Datuk Mohd Khalid Mohd Yunus said this was necessary to ensure that university students and graduates understood the programmes conducted for them.
