KUALA LUMPUR: Budget 2020 has given a boost to the arts, culture and heritage industry, allocating RM5mil to the Cultural Economy Development Agency, also known as Cendana, and RM10mil to Think City, a community-based urban regeneration organisation.
Cendana, set up by the government in 2017, works to enhance the economic value of art and culture with arts funding and programmes.
