Ipoh City Council adopts manual to speed up small-scale projects

IPOH: The Ipoh City Council has become the first local authority in the state to adopt the Dealing with Construction Permits (DCP) manual – a move aimed at speeding up small-scale non-residential projects.

Ipoh Datuk Bandar Datuk Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim (pic) said the DCP would shorten the application process and procedure for developers to secure permits, thus saving costs and ensuring development is expedited.
