PLUS: Heavy traffic on highways expected to worsen Friday night

KUALA LUMPUR: Slow traffic flow is being reported at several major highways Friday evening as more people began to travel back to their respective hometowns for the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations expected on Sunday.

A PLUS Malaysia Berhad spokesman said traffic was reported slow at Slim River heading to Sungkai, Bidor to Tapah as well as Tapah to Gopeng due to the heavier volume of traffic.
