SEREMBAN: The exercise to merge the Seremban and Nilai municipalities will be completed in April, and this will pave the way for Seremban to be declared a city in January next year.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said his administration would also have to table an enactment in the state legislative assembly before Seremban can be officially declared a city.
