GEORGE TOWN: The MCA has claimed that some people are blocking the donation to Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARUC).
Its vice-president, Datuk Tan Teik Cheng, said the Chinese community should not bow to such political intimidation, but to continue to actively assist the development of the University College and Chinese schools.
