KUALA LUMPUR: Top civil servants and heads of agencies and ministries have been warned to appear at proceedings when they are summoned by the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), says its chairman Datuk Dr Noraini Ahmad.

She said there were cases when secretary-generals and directors failed to attend PAC proceedings, despite being issued with prior notice of meeting of at least ten days, since she took over as the chairman on April 11.
