KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court heard that Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor (pic) normally handed out more than RM100,000 in cash advances to Umno every month.
Tengku Adnan's former private secretary, Datuk Mohd Rahimi Rejab, said this on Tuesday (July 9) under cross-examination by defense counsel, Datuk Tan Hock Chuan.
