KOTA KINABALU: Fellow divers and students of divemaster Ab Zainal Abdu, who was killed from suspected fish-bombing activities off Semporna waters, have described him as a fun-loving but hardworking and professional individual.Amid the condolences pouring in via his Facebook page, the 30-year-old was hailed as the first Bajau to become an open water scuba instructor with Professional Association of Diving Instructors (Padi).

Users were also outraged that his life was taken away due to an illegal activity that has been haunting Sabah’s east coast waters for decades despite enforcement.
