PETALING JAYA: Questions have arisen over the impartiality of human rights lawyer Latheefa Koya’s appointment as the number one at the anti-graft commission.
MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong (pic) said naming her as the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission chief was “mind boggling” and goes against the promise made by Pakatan Harapan to ensure that MACC personnel would head the commission.
